This is a Java library designed to quickly create a video clip that plays images from a certain sequence. It uses the Java Media Framework (JMF) to render images. The library supports several images (jpg, tiff, gif, bmp, jp2) and allows to combine several images into one. It supports no iteration of images, only a predefined number.
In order to run Jim2Mov code, you need the following installed:
* Java ME SDK
* Java ME or MIDP Mobile software development kit
The library depends on the Java Media Framework (JMF) that is part of the current J2ME SDK. If you are using the SDK downloaded from Sun’s web site you should have the framework already installed. If not, you can download it from:
The code uses a commons JAR (Jim2Mov commons JAR), which is also contained with the full source JAR.
